'Tumahri Sulu' depicts the life of a happy-go-lucky and a suburban Mumbai housewife, Sulochna also known as 'Sulu' who lives with her husband, Ashok, a sales manager in a traditional company that sells uniforms, and their 11-year-old son, Pranav. Like every housewife, Sulu keeps herself feasted through the day, which includes listening to her favorite radio station and taking part in every possible contest. She breezes through life with a fun and never-say-never attitude. And one fine day Sulu ends up winning a pressure cooker like every other gift she won before through a radio contest and little does she know that her trip to the radio station is about to change her life. In an astonishing turn of events, she lands a job of an RJ (radio jockey) and it changed the direction of her life with assorted twists and turns. Weathered with music, humour and quirk, Tumhari Sulu witnesses the everyday grit of a housewife and a marriage put to test.
